— The basic version of "Ustoz AI" is available for free. To access language courses in "Ustoz AI", you need to register through a free account.

— You have the opportunity to purchase a Premium membership, with which you can access additional features such as grammar rules. This offer is provided as an advantage. You can use "Ustoz AI" as a regular member completely for free. If you buy a Premium membership, it will automatically renew for the initial purchase period, but you can cancel it at any time by going to the "Subscription" section in the application. If you made a purchase through a third party, such as an app store, your subscription is also governed by the terms of the agreement with that third party. To cancel your subscription, you must do so in agreement with the third party. We, like you, hate spam. You can disable notifications, emails and messages from "Ustoz AI" at any time. We hope you enjoy our services and improve your language skills with "Ustoz AI"!

TERMS OF SERVICE Welcome to the online language learning platform "Ustoz AI". The application belongs to "Ustoz AI", registered address: Tashkent, Chilanzar district, Katartol-1, Katartol str., 60.

I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

"Ustoz AI" provides its services in accordance with the following terms of service. By accessing or using the site, you confirm your agreement with these terms. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who takes responsibility for your compliance with these terms. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time by "Ustoz AI". The latest version is always available on our official social media channels. Continued use of the service or Site means your agreement with the new Terms. If you do not agree with current or future terms, do not use the service or site.

II. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Allows users who have registered an account ("User") to create and update online profiles in the Application ("Profile") Every registered user gets their profile to post "User Information". Any new features added to the Service are governed by the Terms of Service.

III. PAYMENT

The basic version of the Service is completely free. However, to access additional features (e.g., artificial intelligence, Premium features, etc.), you have the option to subscribe to a Premium membership. You also have the opportunity to buy other services or materials (e.g., live lessons and business courses) regardless of whether you have a Premium membership. Prices and terms for all Paid Services are governed by Section 4. If a free trial period is enabled, no fee will be charged until it ends. After that, the fee will be automatically debited using the card details entered at the beginning of the trial period. Payments for partial monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

IV. PAID SERVICES

If you have purchased a Paid Service, you can find out the details through the Application settings or the terms set forth in Section 4 In case of conflict between Clause 4 and other terms, the terms of Clause 4 shall prevail. These terms apply to you regardless of whether you are the person using the Paid Service or a third party assisting and/or making payment on behalf of an individual. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you use the Paid Service in accordance with a contract between "Ustoz AI" and a third party, the terms of that contract shall prevail. The process of ordering Paid Services on the Site allows checking the order before purchase: please check the details before payment. With each purchase of a Paid Service, we will send you a confirmation email. The contract for the relevant Paid Service is deemed concluded when we send the confirmation email. By making an order, you agree to pay the set fees (including VAT) via a credit card or other form of payment accepted by "Ustoz AI". Current fees are indicated in the application and may change from time to time. Any price changes will be announced in the application and will not affect existing subscriptions. "Ustoz AI" uses secure payment service providers. Various subscription periods are offered. Payment for subscription-based Paid Services is made in advance. Detailed information can be obtained in the mobile application. The subscription is renewed automatically unless you cancel it. The validity period can be checked in the "Settings" section. "Ustoz AI" may conduct promotions. You can cancel the purchase of a Paid Service within the first 14 business days for any reason and request a refund. However, if you have already started using the service, you will have to pay its cost up to the day of cancellation. "Ustoz AI" may immediately terminate your access to Paid Services if you violate the terms.

V. REGISTRATION

To use most features, it is necessary to have a personal account. For registration, it is necessary to provide a username, a valid email address and other information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Each account must be used individually. You agree not to transfer your account to others. You must immediately notify "Ustoz AI" of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If any Paid Service is suspended or cancelled, we may delete or suspend any information associated with it. "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for data loss resulting from the cancellation of Paid Services. You should protect your account from unauthorized data processing and fraud. If you have suspicions, immediately inform us at ustozai@gmail.com. Funds paid before a report of fraud are non-refundable. You agree not to copy, sell or resell any part of the Paid Service without written consent. "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for any losses resulting from your non-compliance with this clause.

VI. PRIVACY POLICY

Registration and other data about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. You decide what personal information to share in your profile. By registering, you agree to the terms of data collection and use described in the Privacy Policy. If you use the Paid Service as a student or employee, your data may be provided to your educational institution or employer. If you use the service as an administrator on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for strictly maintaining the confidentiality of user data.

VII. USER CONDUCT

Use of the Service through the User is solely responsible for all content they upload or transmit. "Ustoz AI" does not control User Content and does not guarantee its accuracy. You understand that you may encounter offensive content. "Ustoz AI" under no circumstances shall be liable for any User Content. "Ustoz AI" has the right (but not the obligation) to remove any User Content that violates the terms. You do not claim ownership of user content, but grant "Ustoz AI" a license to reproduce and publish it. You can delete your account at any time. Some data (comments, messages) may remain after profile deletion. You agree to use the service legally and not violate the rights of third parties. In particular, you agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful or offensive. Do not harm minors. Do not impersonate another person. Do not use the service as a redirection service. Do not manipulate data. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to provide. Do not violate intellectual property rights. Do not distribute spam or unauthorized advertising. Do not upload viruses or malicious code. Do not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue. Do not interfere with the operation of servers or networks. Do not stalk other users. Do not collect personal data of other users. Do not advertise other sites or services. You agree not to use the service if you are under sanctions. "Ustoz AI" may disclose content if required by law or to protect rights.

VIII. THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS

The Application may contain links to third-party sites. "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for them. These sites are beyond the control of "Ustoz AI". You access third-party sites at your own risk. "Ustoz AI" respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks the same from users. Content on third-party sites may be protected by copyright. The terms of use of these sites, not "Ustoz AI", determine your rights. Services may include translations from Google. Google disclaims all warranties related to translations.

IX. ADVERTISERS

Your relations with advertisers on the Service concern only you and the advertiser. "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for any losses resulting from such relations. You understand that advertising is necessary to provide the free service. You agree not to hide advertising. The mode and volume of advertising may change. For paid subscriptions through organizations, advertising may be absent.

X. TERMINATION

You can delete the account at any time via Settings. After that, access to the profile will be closed. "Ustoz AI" may terminate your account for violation of the terms. "Ustoz AI" may change or stop the service at any time. "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for modifying or terminating the service.

XI. RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce or resell the service without consent.

XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the Service, Site and content belong to "Ustoz AI". You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service. The license to use the software is limited to object code. You agree not to modify or distribute the software. You must use only the provided interfaces to access the service.

XIII. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect "Ustoz AI" from claims resulting from your violation of terms or the rights of third parties.

XIV. GENERAL PRACTICES

"Ustoz AI" may establish limits on data storage and change them. "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for deleting messages. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted.

XV. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

"Ustoz AI" guarantees the compliance of Paid Services with the description. Otherwise, the service is provided "as is". "Ustoz AI" is not responsible for lack of progress in learning, data loss or internet problems. "Ustoz AI" does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The responsibility of "Ustoz AI" is limited to the amount paid for the Paid Service. You release "Ustoz AI" from claims arising from disputes with other users.

XVI. GENERAL INFORMATION

Relationships are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Third-party rights: only you and "Ustoz AI" have rights under these terms. Waiver and severability: Failure to enforce a right does not mean a waiver of it. If part of the terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. Entire agreement: these terms supersede all previous ones.

XVIII. LIMITING AND CONTROLLING RISKS OF FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

"Ustoz AI" (https://www.ustoz.ai), when using internet acquiring services, applies measures to limit and control the risks of fraudulent transactions. These measures are based on the restrictions set out in the Internet Acquiring (IA) agreement with JSC "UZUM BANK" and on the Bank's antifraud capabilities.

To reduce risks, the following may apply, among others: payment confirmation via 3-D Secure / SMS code; automatic screening and blocking of suspicious or atypical transactions; limits on amount and number of operations per user, card, or device; monitoring by IP address, device, and behaviour profile; manual review of questionable operations.

The Bank or "Ustoz AI" may decline or delay a payment, or request additional identification, if fraud indicators are detected. The user must keep their account, password, and payment card details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised card use, immediately notify ustozai@gmail.com and your bank.

"Ustoz AI" complies with the Bank's requirements under the IA agreement, cooperates with antifraud systems, and maintains the website and payment flows in line with security standards.

XIX. PAYMENT AND REFUND METHODS

On the website (https://www.ustoz.ai), Paid Services (Premium subscription, courses, and other products) may be paid with Uzbekistan bank cards (Uzcard, Humo, and others) via internet acquiring, as well as through payment systems shown on the site (e.g. Click, Payme, and other connected providers). The current list of methods is shown on the payment page.

Payment flow: choose a plan or product → select a payment method → enter card details or complete payment in the payment system → confirm the operation (SMS code, 3-D Secure). After a successful payment the service is activated; confirmation may be sent by email or via an in-app / on-site notification. Prices are shown in UZS and may include VAT.

Subscription-based services are charged in advance. If auto-renewal is enabled, the charge repeats at the end of the period; you may cancel anytime under Settings / Subscription. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period; no charge is taken for a new period.

Refunds: within 14 business days of the first purchase of a Paid Service, you may cancel for any reason and request a refund. If you already used the service, the cost up to the cancellation date may be withheld. Payments for partial monthly subscriptions and already delivered digital content may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

To request a refund, email ustozai@gmail.com with the payment date and amount, order / transaction number, account details, and reason. After review, funds are usually returned to the card / payment method within 3–14 banking business days (timing depends on the bank and payment system).

If fraud or an unauthorised payment is detected, "Ustoz AI" and the Bank may investigate, cancel the payment, or refuse a refund. Questions about payments and refunds: ustozai@gmail.com.
